Good evening Ladies and Gents! This week is all about being healthy, and of course, the goal that 99% of female SO’s make when their man is away on deployment: Finally shedding those unwanted pounds or just getting in shape. I talk about my personal experience, and then ‘trainer me’ kicks in to give you the insight and knowhow on getting healthy. The most important thing is to always love yourself the way you are, no matter what. He’s attracted to the girl you are now, so don’t be discouraged. This journey needs to be for you and no one else …. they can just all reap the rewards of being able to look at how fabulous you are.
